Tehran, April 13, IRNA – Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani arrived in Moscow on Monday to attend 10th meeting of the National Coordinators of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Shamkhani is to hold meetings with a number of Russian security and political officials as well as his counterparts from other countries.
The event is to kick off on Monday with participation of its member states namely Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and the representatives of the supervising states including Afghanistan, India, Iran, Mongolia and Pakistan. It is to focus on security in regional developments.
Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was established in June 2001.
