TEHRAN (ISNA)- An Iranian parliament member rejected reports released by the Institute for Science and International Security that Iran has started construction in Parchin military site.
“The report on new construction in Parchin site is unfounded and it is not true,” said Head of Foreign Policy Committee of Iranian Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Vahid Ahmadi.
He further added that the report is prepared in line with the West’s policies which is always seeking to raise unreal issues to press the Iranian nation.
The aim of the report is to overshadow nuclear talks and press the Islamic Republic of Iran, he said, adding, “They prepared the report to divert the public opinion on nuclear talks between Iran and G5+1, because they want to run smear campaign on talks.”
