Tehran, Jan 12, IRNA – Head of the Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Valiollah Afkhamirad said in Tehran on Monday that well-implementation of the tourism development project will contribute to materialization of the 2025 Vision Plan.
  Afkhamirad told a conference on expansion of tourism service export that it is necessary to evaluate current status of tourism sector and forge necessary coordination for expansion of non-oil exports.
He said tourism sector has the highest intake with the least amount of investment, so serious decisions should be made in the sector.

Meanwhile, Deputy Head of the Secretariat of Free Zones' Coordination Council for Cultural and Social Affairs Hojjatoleslam Mohammad-Ali Zam told the audience that the private sector has played a key role in the development of tourism industry.
