Tehran, Dec 31, IRNA – Vice-President for Women and Family Affairs Shahindokh Molaverdi said on Wednesday that Iran is eager to expand cooperation with Norway on issues concerning the women.
She made the remarks in a meeting with Norwegian Ambassador Aud Lise Norheim.
Molaverdi said there are ample grounds for expansion of cooperation between Iran and Norway in the political, economic and cultural fields.
She said foreign policy of the Government of Hope and Prudence is based on mutual respect and honoring principle of equality of countries, being capable of serving as a ground for many friendship and understanding.
She added that constructive engagement with the world is one of the mottos of the 11th government and we are confident that through the engagement and dialogue many misunderstanding will be removed and relations will get better.
