Gaza, Dec 27, IRNA – Senior official of Palestinian resistance movement Hamas said on Saturday that the four-year developments in the Middle East were seriously detrimental to the Palestinian aspirations.
Speaking to IRNA, Political Advisor to Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh, Ahmed Yousef underscored that the regional developments were aimed at undermining the Palestinian issue in the Arab and Muslim world.
The Palestinian nation status has been deteriorated in the West Bank and Al-Quds because the Palestine issue is no more the top priority of some Arab countries, Yousef added.

He regretted that certain Arab countries no longer assist the Palestinian nation.

The current situation requires the Palestinians to work for unity and end division and strife, Yousef said.
