Erbil, Dec 26, IRNA – Majlis (parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani, after visiting former Iraq President Jalal Talabani in Soleymanieh city, arrived in Erbil, capital of Iraq's Kurdistan region.
  At the airport, Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani, parliament Speaker Yousif Mohammed Sadiq and Erbil Governor General Nawzad Hadi welcomed Larijani and his accompanying delegation.
Larijani visited parliament of Kurdistan Region in Erbil and talked with a number of heads of parliamentary fractions.

He also discussed issues of mutual interest with Kurdistan Region Parliament Speaker.

Larijani and the accompanying delegation are to attend a dinner reception by President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani on Friday evening.
