TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Manyazium Ferdows defeated Ahli Sedab from Oman in the 17th Asian Club Handball League Championship on Saturday.
The Iranian representative defeated Sedab 23-18 in Group B at the Ali Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah Sports Hall in Doha.
Iran’s another representative Samenalhojaj lost to Kuwaiti Al Qurain Sporting 32-28 in Group A.

On Sunday, Samenalhojaj will meet Lekhwiya of Qatar and Manyazium Ferdows face Al-Jaish also from Qatar.

The competition features 10 teams divided into two groups of five.

The 17th Asian Club Handball League Championship has kicked off on November 29 and will finish on December 8.
