Tehran, Nov 29, IRNA – Iran's National Jiu Jitsu Team won a silver medal on the first day of World Championship 2014 which is currently underway in Paris.
  Mehran Sattar representing Iran in the ongoing event in 65 kilogram category reached final by beating Algerian and Greek rivals.
However, he finished runner-up in final as he was overpowered by the Russian athlete.

The competition are ongoing in presence of representatives from 50 countries in Paris.
