TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis of Tehran midfielder Reza Haghighi could be out for one month with a knee injury.
Haghighi suffered a serious right foot injury in Sunday's game against Esteghlal in Tehran derby.
“An MRI scan revealed a tear to his right knee. Haghighi has been sidelined for one month,” Persepolis doctor Mahyar Mortazavi said.
More bad news for Persepolis as Payam Sadeghian has been sidelined for four weeks with a groin injury on Saturday.
