Leading Iranian publisher of children’s books, Shabaviz Company, is planning to attend the Shanghai International Children's Book Fair 2014.
The company director, Farideh Khalatbari, will deliver a speech on children's books in Iran at the Chinese international fair on November 20.
Khalatbari, who is also an author, has been honored in several international festivals. Many of her books have been translated into English, Greek, German, French and Korean so far.
Children's books, magazines, audio-visual programs, as well as educational and entertainment programs will be presented at Shanghai book fair, which will be held on November 20-22.
Shabaviz has been awarded at several international events so far such as the New Horizons award at the Bologna children's book exhibition in 2004.
The company also won an award at the 2012 International Diamond Prize for Customer Satisfaction presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR).
Shabaviz Company also took part in the 2013 Italian illustration festival of I Colori del Sacro (The Colors of the Sacred).
