Tehran, Nov 17, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani will go to Majlis on Tuesday to explain eligibility of Fakhreddin Ahmadi Danesh Ashtiani, the candidate to the portfolio of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
  IRNA parliamentary reporter said that the President will address the Majlis session to highlight competence of his proposed minister prior to vote of confidence.
The procedure of the formal session envisaged the right for both the pros and the cons of the candidates for the ministerial post to make statement in the formal session.

Prior to getting vote of confidence, the proposed minister of Science, Research and Technology will explain his platform and give response to possible questions by the MPs.
