TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's Ambassador to Moscow Mahdi Sanayee underlined that expansion of relations between Tehran and Moscow will boost stability, peace and security in the region.
Sanayee said on Sunday that enhanced relations between Tehran and Moscow would serve national interests of the regional states and the international peace and security.
"Whatever the result of Iran nuclear talks with the West would be, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make every effort to cement ties with Russia and other countries such as India," Sanayee further stressed.
In the last several years, Iran and Russia have had vast cooperation in different fields, specially in political and economic spheres.
The two states also enjoy special positions on the international scene and have long had constant and regular consultations on key regional and global issues.
