TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Peyman Nasiri won the gold medal of the Men's 1,500m T20 final at the 2014 Asian Para Games on Sunday.
The Iranian athlete won the gold medal, clocking 4:00.29 minutes.
Japanese Yusuke Yamanouchi claimed the silver with 4:05.29 minutes.
Kuniaki Ishii also from Japan seized the bronze medal with 4:07.19 minutes.
Iran has already won four gold medals in the games.
Vahid Keshtkar claimed a gold medal in the men's 400 m freestyle S13.
Erfan Hosseini won the gold medal in the men's javelin throw F12–13.
Sareh Javanmardi earned the gold medal in the Mixed 50 meter pistol SH1.
Discus thrower Alireza Mokhtari clinched a gold medal in the men’s F51/52/53.
