TEHRAN Oct 17 (Shana)--National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) focuses on three principles of energy security, environment and capital market, the company’s chief said.
“As the representative of the government in the energy sector, the NIORDC pays attention to energy security, the environment and the capital market,” Abbas Kazemi said.

“If the stakeholders [in the refineries] want to see their capitals remain stable they have to prioritize quality projects,” he said.

Kazemi added that low-quality products of the refineries will be no longer purchased after Persian Gulf Star Refinery becomes operational.
