TEHRAN Oct 17 (Shana)--Iran has exported its first cargo of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to neighboring Pakistan.
The 126-ton cargo was exported by several tankers at the order of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC)’s office in the oil-rich city of Abadan in southwestern Iran.
Iran’s LPG exports to Pakistan are within the framework of the Islamic Republic’s economic policy of boosting exports.
Iran is in talks with other countries for LPG exports.
