TEHRAN August 27 (Shana)--MAPNA is ready to cooperate with Petroleum Ministry in the development of oil and gas fields shared with neighboring states, MAPNA chief said.
Abbas Ali-Abadi said MAPNA prefers to cooperate with Petroleum Ministry in a joint field instead of independent fields.
Petroleum Ministry has prioritized the development of hydrocarbon fields.
Ali-Abadi said MAPNA faces no financial restrictions for participation in the development projects.
He said MAPNA is studying three joint fields for development.
Iran shares oil and gas fields with neighboring countries including Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar.
