ISNA – Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei attended the mourning ceremony of Sham-e Ghariban on Sunday night, August 30, at the Hussainiyeh of Imam Khomeini in Tehran. Sham-e Ghariban mourning ceremony is held in the evening of Ashura for the captives of Karbala including Zainab bint Ali, the sister of Imam Hussain (PBUH) and Imam Zayn al-Abidin (PBUH), the fourth Shiite Imam.
