In the ceremony that was held on Sunday, President Dr Hassan Rouhani opened the cultural centres and Holy Defence museums in 10 provinces of Fars, Semnan, Yazd, Isfahan, Kermanshah, Khuzestan, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Sistan & Baluchistan and Mazandaran.
