The 'Scholars and Islamic Awakening' conference started work in Tehran on Monday in the presence of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Nearly 700 clerics and scholars from Muslim and non-Muslim countries and various religions are participating in the Islamic conference.
