Closing ceremony of the first American Human Rights Art Festival was held in Tehran�s Hozeh Honari on Sunday with the participation of Iran�s former minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance�Seyed Mohammad Hosseini, IRGC�commander�Saeed Ghasemi, a number of foreign guests and a group of writers and artists, as well.
