Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif attends the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting in Uzbekistan capital, Tashkent, on Friday. He also has met with is Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on the sideline of the event.
