Night of Decree or Laylat al-Qadr in Islamic beliefs is the night when the whole Quran was revealed at once to Prophet Muhammad. The night is believed to be one of the nights of 19th, 21st or 23rd of Ramadan when Divine Mercy and Blessings are abundant, and the destiny for the upcoming year of every single individual is written on that very night.
