President Trump said the head injuries suffered by American service members in an Iranian missile strike weren’t “very serious,” prompting angry replies from some veterans advocates.

Speaking at a news conference Wednesday on the sidelines of an economic conference in Davos, Switzerland, Mr. Trump said, “I heard that they had headaches, and a couple of other things.”
