Qatar’s Minister of State Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, during his visit to Tehran, met with senior Iranian officials, including Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian on Monday.
The Qatari official also held a separate meeting with Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani.
The two discussed Tehran-Doha relations and regional issues.
