Stating that Afghanistan's first priority is stability and peace, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Shamkhani stressed the need to establish an inclusive government.







In a tweet on Wednesday,�Ali Shamkhani wrote, "Afghanistan's first priority is stability and peace."

"Ignoring the need for inclusive government, foreign intervention and the use of military means instead of dialogue to meet the demands of ethnic and social groups are the main concerns of the friends of the Afghan people," he added.
