ISNA � The head of Passport and Visa Department of Iran�s Foreign Ministry, Hassan Nourian announced that issuance of tourist and pilgrimage visa has been deactivated in the electronic visa system.

�Given the Covid-19 pandemic and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) on refraining from unnecessary travel, the options of tourist and pilgrimage visa have been deactivated in the list of Iran�s electronic visa system until conditions return normal. Once conditions back to normal, these options will be reactivated,� Nourian wrote on his official Twitter account.
