Adviser urges Trump to change behavior toward Iran

Tasnim Senior adviser to the Iranian parliament speaker for international affairs Hossein Amir Abdollahian highlighted US President Donald Trumps frustration in dealing with the Islamic Republic and said he can save himself only by changing his behavior toward Iran.

In a recent post on his Instagram account, Amir Abdollahian said the only way for Trump to save himself from the current situation is a change of behavior toward the robust logic of the Iranian leadership and nation.

Trump is not in a position even to talk about sanctions against Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the top adviser further said.

He is trying to grab only Imam Khameneis attention but he has already received the response, he added.

Earlier this month, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held a meeting with Ayatollah Khamenei in Tehran.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Japanese premier said he intended to relay a message to Iran from Trump.

In response, Ayatollah Khamenei told Abe, We have no doubts about your goodwill and seriousness, but with regard to what you relayed from the US president, I see no merit in Trump as a person to deserve the exchange of any messages, and I do not have any answer for him and will not give him any either.
