IRNA � Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli described US decision to blacklist Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as the peak of American hostility towards any freedom-seeking move and withstanding oppression.

�By placing the IRGC on the list of terrorists, the US indicated that it does not abide any international rule and the UN Charter and continues its hostile attitude towards any freedom-seeking and righteous move,� he said.

Noting that IRGC is one of the military and defense pillars of the Islamic Republic of Iran and is popular force in Iran and region, he said that the US spares no effort to secure its interests and an order based on bullying and arrogance across the world.

The reason behind the terrorist government and occupying regime�s fury is Iranian nation�s victory over excessive demands of the arrogance system, Rahmani-Fazli said.

Active role of the dear force in providing relief aid to the flood-stricken people has further angered US statesmen, he said, noting that through the solidarity and unity of the Iranian nation, the US will suffer another scandalous defeat.
