IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani said on Sunday that the historical deal 'Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was a good one which rescued the country from UNSC chapter seven.

Speaking to local officials at Bushehr governor office, he said some 16 years ago the US occupied Iraq, but before that they took the country to the chapter seven of the UNSC both Iraqi government and nation suffered its consequences.

'We should appreciate our diplomats and the blessings emanating from their endeavors as they did a historical job and today and despite the US withdrawal from the treaty all countries in the world except three to four countries, denounce the US administration while praising Iran's commitment to international rules and regulations,' he said.

'Our devoted people are the best blessing for the country,' Rouhani said.
