MNA � Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi said that Islamic Republic of Iran has made salient progress within 40 years, since the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution which is not comparable to 100 years ago before the Islamic Revolution.

Top military aide to the Iranian Leader made the remarks on Fri. in a local ceremony, saying, �since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, Islamic Republic of Iran has managed to overcome difficulties in line with materializing most of its objectives.�

Iran has gained numerous achievements in 40 years since the Islamic Revolution, one of which is related to spread of security and stability in the country, Safavi reiterated.
