IRNA � Senior Iranian parliamentarian Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh says the World Arrogance is trying to sabotage Iran's achievements through negotiations.

'The Islamic Republic has attained a great deal in technology, politics, sconce, and military in the past forty years and the World Arrogance is trying to neutralize them, like those in nuclear energy and missile technology, through negotiations,' said the head of the National Security and Foreign Policy committee of Majlis (Iranian Parliament) here in the western province of Kordestan on Thursday.

Referring to the nuclear talks, Falahatpisheh referred to the nuclear talks as an instance of such attempts and said that upon reaching an agreement, 948 out of 1,248 cases of sanctions were removed, but the US betrayed the deal and withdrew from it.

Outlining Iran's foreign policy principles, he noted that Iran is pursuing a policy of peace, its diplomacy is based on using a persuasive language in the world which helps it defend the rights of the Iranian nation.'

'When Iraq invaded Iran, 37 countries were backing Baathist regime , acting against the laws of their own countries and also breaking the international conventions.'

All the country has achieved against the World Arrogance is due to people's unity and solidarity, he added.

Falahatpisheh also said that after the US quit the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), there have been some problems; however, Iranian export to some countries, including Iraq, has risen, which is a good opportunity for the society during the economic war.
