Outgoing Turkish, Indian ambassadors meet Zarif

Tehran Times – The outgoing Turkish and Indian ambassadors to Iran met with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Monday to say goodbye.

Turkey’s Riza Hakan Tekin had formerly served at the Turkish embassies in the United Arab Emirates and Bulgaria, and worked at the Permanent Mission of Turkey in the United Nations in New York.

According to Brinkwire, Derya Ors, head of the Ataturk High Council of Culture, Language and History, has been appointed ambassador to Iran, replacing Hakan Tekin.

No report has arrived yet regarding a replacement for the outgoing Indian ambassador, Saurabh Kumar.
