IRNA – Saudi fighter jets targeted Yemeni fishing boats in al-Hudaydah, west of Yemen, killing four fishermen.

Saudis raided the region for five times on Friday night, while Yemenis are holding Yemen peace talks in Sweden’s capital city of Stockholm, according to Al Jazeera media network.

Earlier, Spokesman for Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yahya Saree on Friday siaid that the forces backed by US and Saudi made missile and artillery attacks on residential areas on Friday.

The one-week fourth round of Yemen peace talks kicked off on December 6 in Stockholm with the attendance of Yemeni parties and the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen Martin Griffiths.

The intra-Yemeni talks which were earlier supposed to be held on September 6 postponed due to the sabotage of Saudis and United Arab Emirates.

The first round of the Yemeni peace talks were held on December 2015 in Geneva but the meeting brought no results.

The assaults of the Saudi-led coalition forces have failed to stop the Yemenis from resisting the aggression.
