IRNA � Secretary General of the Global Islamic Awareness Council Ali Akbar Velayati said on Tuesday that unity of the Muslim nations will thwart all conspiracies in favor of the Zionist regime.


Velayati made the remarks in a meeting with delegates from Islamic movement and Hamas on the sideline of the 11th high council of Islamic Awareness in Tehran.

Western countries try to draw their strategies to meet the interests and security of the Zionist regime, but Muslim nations with reliance on Almighty will thwart all these conspiracies.

Palestine is not defending itself, but it is defending the entire Islamic Ummah, Velayati underlined.
