Committee to be set up in government to confront sanctions: MP

IRNA – Iranian Parliament’s presiding board spokesman said the committee for confronting sanctions and addressing the people’s problem are being established in the government.

Behrouz Nemati said on Sunday, “At the meeting in parliament, head of the Parliamentary Research Center presented a detailed report on the various livelihood topics, the industry, mining and trade sectors, customs issues to MPs and state officials presented their views on the report”.

The spokesman confirmed that the parliament’s specialized committees to review the report as well as to set up a committee in the government to deal with the sanctions and address the people’s livelihoods.

Nemati added that the formation of the committee could be an effective role to deal with the issue, given that the Americans are seeking to wage psychological war in imposing sanctions on the country.
