IRNA – The United States is in no position to decide for the world and impose its will on others, said Iran’s minister of interior on Saturday.

‘On the contrary, Iran has turned into an effective and active country,’ said Abdorreza Rahmani-Fazli, in a meeting with the brainstorming workgroup of the committee to commemorate 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

Rahmani-Fazli said, ‘Now we are facing the most severe measures taken by the enemy, but we are definitely able to defeat them.’

He said that the three adversaries of Iran, i.e. the US, the Zionist regime, and Saudi Arabia¸ are alone and even European states, US’s traditional allies, has announced that they are after establishing an independent army.

Regarding the Islamic Revolution, he said that the Pahlavi regime had independence in no fields; which was its biggest weakness.
