Iran's ambassador to Iraq: Iran's consulate approach in Iraq economic

IRNA -- Iran's ambassador to Iraq Iraj Masjedi says in the new era, the economic-centered approach of the Consulate's activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Iraq is economic.

At a meeting of the Islamic Consulate Generals of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Najaf, Karbala, Basra, Suleimaniyeh and Erbil provinces, Masjedi said, The crystallization of the deep and unbroken bond between Iran and Iraq, especially in terms of reconstruction, should be followed by a movement in the economy, which means participation and effort of Iranian companies to benefit from opportunities in investment and cooperation with the country.'

Iran's ambassador to Iraq, in a reference to Iran's significant market share in the Iraqi market, added, The prosperity of the production and use of Iranian-Iraqi products will be mutually beneficial for the development of the trading system of these two countries and the preparation of the necessary ground for increasing the export of goods, services, energy and tourism will be vigorously pursued.

During this meeting, each of the Iranian Consulate Generals described the latest status of bilateral cooperation with their respective provinces and provided them with suggestions.

It was also stipulated by the proposal of Naser Behzad, the Islamic Republic of Iran Trade Advisor in Iraq, with the responsibility of each Iranian delegation in Iraq, identifying the advantages of the model for the purpose of trade and production.

Behzad said the strategy of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Commerce in macro planning is paying particular attention to important export markets, and accurate planning in the target market requires comprehensive land-based information.
