Reuters - Russia�s President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday it would be better if U.S. President Donald Trump did not intervene to try to manage oil markets.

Putin also said that Europe was late in its attempts to soften the impact of U.S. plans to reimpose sanctions on Iran, which, Putin said, were the main cause of the rise in oil prices.
