IRNA- The nation and the government are alongside each other and the executive departments are looking to solve people's problems with all their power, said President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday.


President Hassan Rouhani spoke on Tuesday at a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution to analyze the conditions and conspiracy of the enemies of the Islamic system to hit the country's economy and create a difficult life in the people, adding, 'With the brave and resourceful leadership and the dedicated and determined people we will pass this stage, but all officials, parties and the media are subject to the exam.'

Rouhani pointed to some of the country's economic realities, including increased exports and reduced imports, over the past six months compared to the same period last year, saying the nation and government are on par with each other and the executive agencies are trying to solve the problems of the people with all their power.

Referring to the 20% growth rate of liquidity in the country over the past year, the president added that liquidity, especially when it came to the monetary basic source, was a problem for the country's economy and stressed to the government's plans for liquidity management towards production and employment. 'The considerable increase in liquidity in recent years was related to the activities of unauthorized financial and credit institutions, while in spite of the previous routine, the government never sought to borrow from the central bank to run the country.'
