A Look at Iranian Newspaper Front Pages on September 1

Iran Front Page - IFP has taken a look at the front pages of Iranian newspapers on Saturday, September 1, 2018, and picked headlines from 14 of them. IFP has simply translated the headlines and does not vouch for their accuracy.



Newspapers today widely covered the remarks made by the Leader of Irans Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a meeting with President Hassan Rouhani and members of his cabinet.

The visit of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to Pakistan and his meeting with the countrys new Prime Minister Imran Khan also received great coverage. Zarif became the first foreign diplomat to meet Imran Khan after his taking office.
