MNA � Head of Iran�s Strategic Council on Foreign Relations Seyed Kamal Kharrazi met and held talks with Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Borrell in Madrid late on Thu.







Kharrazi also met with Spanish deputy foreign minister.

In his meeting with Spanish foreign minister, Kharrazi pointed to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and said, �US sanctions are not only against Iran, but also are against the entire world, including Europe and such unilateral sanctions will harm the interests of all the countries.�
