IRNA – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Monday that all the parties to the JCPOA including the US should remain committed to the international pact, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
The JCPOA as a clear-cut agreement has been persevered and Russia expects all the parties to adhere to their commitments under the deal, he said.
Recent statements by the US and French leaders on the JCPOA are questionable, he said, noting that such remarks raise numerous questions on the deal reached between Iran and 5+1 Group.
Signatories to the JCPOA including Russia, Europe, China and Iran believe that the JCPOA is one of the most important international deals that should be preserved.
But the US extremist men are trying to terminate it through hue and cry, Israeli lobbies and Saudi Arabian petrodollars, he said.
Iran has rejected US demands to change its 2015 nuclear agreement with world powers as unacceptable, saying that it will not accept any limitations outside the deal.
