Ansarullah Movement after political solution to Yemen crisis

IRNA A senior Yemeni official said on Saturday that the national salvation government in his country welcomes any 'proposals leading to serious and durable peace.'

Yemen welcomes any positive proposals aimed at establishing a serious and comprehensive peace process, Hisham Sharaf, Foreign Minister of national salvation government affiliated to Yemen's Ansarullah Movement said quoted by the Yemeni news agency 'Saba.'

The foreign minister stressed that the peace cannot be achieved without dialogue involving all parties concerned including the aggressor states, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the news agency said.

Sharaf made the remarks in a meeting with a delegation from the European Institute of Peace (EIP).

During the meeting, the EIP officials stressed the importance of preparing the ground for establishment of peace in Yemen while meeting the interests of the Yemeni nation.

As the Yemeni news agency said, the meeting also touched on the consequences of the mass deportation of Yemeni expatriates from Saudi Arabia and the necessity of preserving their rights and dignity as stipulated in international laws.

Saudi Arabia with the help of nine other Arab countries, except Oman, has been launching massive attacks on Yemen since March 26, 2015, to bring back to power the deposed Yemeni president Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadiand prevent the Yemeni revolutionary forces from taking power. Since then, thousands of Yemenis, mostly women and children and old people, have been killed in Riyadh's brutal attacks against the country.
