IRNA � Afghanistan air strike has killed 18 members of Taliban terrorist group and injured 12 others, deputy spokesman of Afghanistan Defense Ministry said.

During a the two-day air attack in northern Afghanistan, air forces have inflicted heavy blow to Taliban terrorists, Mohammad Radmanesh said.

Taliban intended to hold military drill in Qale Sarah.

Based on various reports, military people and civilians were killed in the region.

United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan also appointed a delegation to investigate killing of civilians.
