IRNA � Iran's President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday wrote a message to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin condoling with him on the deadly blaze at a shopping center in the city of Kemerovo in Siberia.


In his message, President Rouhani said that he was saddened to hear about the incident which killed over 60 innocent people, including a large number of children.

The President also sympathized with President Putin and the families of the victims, wishing good health and prosperity for the Russian president and people.
