MOU on Iran-Iraq intelligence cooperation approved

IRNA - Iraq's National Security Council in its Sunday's session studied and approved a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by Tehran and Baghdad on intelligence cooperation between the two countries.


The Islamic Republic News Agency quoting the media department of the office of prime minister, said the session was presided over by Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi. No further details have been made available.

Some issues related the country's internal security such as conditions in the regions liberated from Daesh terrorists and the annual report on the country's stability status were also reviewed in the session.
