Iran tries to expand all-out ties with Iraq: Minister

IRNA – Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Shariatmadari said upon his arrival in Baghdad that Iran intends to expand its all-out ties with Iraq.

Shariatmadari, at the head of big trade-industrial delegation, arrived in Baghdad upon invitation of Iraqi Planning Minister Salman al-Jumaili.

He said that the aim of visit is to prepare and coordinate programs for Wednesday visit of the first Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri to Iraq.

The Iranian minister said that in his Monday meetings with Iraqi ministers of planning and Industry grounds for bolstering cooperation in different sections of economic will be considered and discussed.
