Petroleum minister to visit India on Friday

IRNA – Petroleum Minister Bijan Zangeneh is to leave Tehran for Ahmedabad in India on Friday to join President Hassan Rouhani and his entourage.

Inida after China is the world’s fourth biggest consumer of oil and the second main purchaser of Iranian crude oil.

During last year visit of Indian premier to Tehran, the two sides studied joint investment opportunities and development of Iran’s oil and gas sectors.

An expert delegation from Iran’s petroleum ministry will accompany the minister during is India visit.
