Firefighters reach fire center in Iran Energy Ministry building

IRNA The spokesman for Tehran Fire Department said on Wednesday that the firefighters have gained access to the center of the fire in the thermal electricity office of Iran's Energy Ministry which has been ablaze since Monday.

Since early today, the firefighter have reached the fourth floor underground where has been the main center of the fire, Jalal Maleki told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

Maleki hoped that the operation to tame the building's fire close to the capital's downtown Vali Asr Square would be successful.
