World, Mideast need settle pol-eco ties: Iranian trader

IRNA – Political, economic, and cultural issues show that the world needs to have commercial and political ties with the Middle East to settle, said the head of Iran-Iraq Joint Chamber of Commerce on Saturday.

‘The Middle East has had very important role in the world and the daily news shows that the most important political, economic, cultural, and social events happen in the region’, said Yahya Ale-Eshaq in the 29th Meeting of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) Standing Committee.

Ale-Eshaq said that putting Silk Road next to political parties in the conference was a correct decision, and hoped to consider the economic strategies on top of the priorities for development.

The 29th Meeting of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) Standing Committee and the 2nd Silk Road Conference are being held in Tehran with the participation of Iranian and non-Iranian political figures.
